Let’s do lunch with the freshest, finest and wildest ingredients on the Isle of Skye
Skye Gillie, Mitchell Partridge will teach you how to harvest and forage the rich abundance of edible flora and fauna from the land, while local divers Vanessa Charles and Martin Hynd will forage for seafood off the shore at Armadale.
Once the forage is complete, guides and foragers will meet at camp to share ingredients rustle up a menu, light a fire and cook a fantastic al fresco lunch on the shore. Now, that is fast food!
This is a chance to learn how to forage safely and responsibly and the event is suitable for all ages. Weather appropriate clothing advised.
Sorry no dogs on the forage walk and book fast as spaces are limited.
